  • Setup not included. Need some help setting up check out our full service option. 

  • Please ensure you provide a delivery time and contact name for accepting deliveries.

  • Step 1

    Handpick your favorite florals from our À La Carte event flower menu.

  • Step 2

    Fill out the inquiry form, specifying your preferred sizes and colors – with no minimum order required! Share your delivery details, time, and contact person for delivery. Feel free to include up to 5 floral inspiration photos to guide us in capturing your vision.

  • Step 3

    Once you've submitted your inquiry, we'll carefully assess our availability based on your chosen date.

  • Step 4

    Once availability is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice! We'll reserve your flower order date for 7 days, during which you can secure your date with a 25% deposit. After 7 days, we'll open the date to others, but you can check in with us for any updates on availability.

  • Step 5

    Look out for a confirmation email detailing all the logistics and particulars.

  • Step 6

    A month before your delivery date, make the final payment to complete your order.

  • Step 7

    Using your provided inspiration photos, we'll craft your florals arrangements with a harmonious blend of natural beauty and artistic expression.

  • Step 8

    Event Day! Dahlias & Details will hand-deliver your order and hand off your exquisite florals to your designated contact person.
