Choose the floral pieces you need—like centerpieces, bud vases, bar arrangements, or statement pieces—and we’ll create them using seasonal, locally grown flowers. Just easy online ordering with convenient pickup from our Capitola shop or local delivery.

Step 1

Fill out the À La Carte Events Flowers inquiry form, list the floral items, your color pallet, share your delivery details, include up to 5 floral inspiration photos to guide us in capturing your vision.
Note: Floral selections change with the seasons.
Step 2

Once you've submitted your inquiry, we'll carefully assess our availability based on your event date. We will confirm availability, review details and create an invoice.
Step 3

Once availability is confirmed, we'll send you an invoice! We'll reserve your flower order date for 7 days, during which you can secure your date with a 25% deposit. After 7 days, we'll open the date to others, but you can check in with us for any updates on availability.
Step 4

2 months before your event, your final payment is due.
Step 5

Event Day! Your order will be ready for pick up or delivery.
